Project Description

The Gulf of Naples, one of the most beautiful and dangerous places in the world to live in

The Gulf of Naples is surrounded by 3 volcanoes that appear in the list of the 10 most dangerous in the world. The fury of a monster like Vesuvius or, even worse, like the Phlegraean Fields, if unleashed, could exterminate in an instant, over 3 million people living here. Under the Volcano is a scientific investigation to discover the complex reality of Italian volcanoes and their influence on the development of civilizations that have always prospered along their slopes.
